Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. Deposit Refund Period: If the Participant cancels within thirty (30) calendar days of the original registration date, the Participant will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.

2. Non-Refundable Payments: After the initial 30-day refund period, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to illness, injury, family emergency, weather, work obligations, personal circumstances, or any other reason.

3. Registration Within 90 Days of Departure: Participants who register within ninety (90) days of the scheduled departure date acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable from the date of registration.

4. Organizer Cancellation: If the Organizer must cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, the Organizer will refund all payments made directly to the Organizer. The Organizer is not responsible for reimbursing airfare, travel insurance premiums, passport or visa fees, or any other expenses booked or purchased separately by the Participant.
